Abstract

The Act defines and specifies the naming requirements for limited liability limited partnerships. The Act sets out the procedural requirements for creating a limited liability partnership from a limited partnership. Additionally, the Act changes the process for the execution of certificates for the merger of limited partnerships, the amendment of certificates, and the fees charged for filing certificates.
