Abstract
Access to public bathrooms is essential to health and well-being, yet current access in Atlanta is inconsistent and largely privatized. Without coordinated action, the city faces increased public health risks, higher sanitation and enforcement costs, operational challenges in public spaces, and potential reputational harm.
