This Historic Structure Report contains a developmental history and narrative description of Oak Hill, elevations and floor plans for the structure, conditions assessments of the building exterior, interior, structure, systems and treatment recommendations for those sections. The purpose of this report is to provide a current assessment of the condition of the property and to provide recommendations for needed repairs and options for future consideration.
