This presentation will explore five techniques that can assist both experienced and new librarian educators as they prepare for classes and as they teach them. The techniques run from basic: making an outline to using active learning methods such as the one minute paper and the 5 W's Who, When, Where, What and Why worksheet and debriefing after each session to improve teaching overall.
