Abstract
A panel was convened following oral arguments in 11th Circuit Appeal of the Cambridge University Press, et al. v. Patton, et al. The panel was moderated by Brandon Butler, and the panelists were Michael Landau, Stephen Schaetzel, Lisa Maklin, Jonathan Band, and Bruce Joseph.
