Abstract
Peter Bluestone presented “A Review of the Georgia Property Tax” to a state of Georgia legislative subcommittee for affordable housing on Dec. 12, 2017. The presentation discusses property tax classifications, state property tax base components, whether property tax is a regressive or progressive tax, and property tax relief, among other topics.
