Abstract

Abstract: This research project analyzes the intersectionality of the concepts of gender, race, and coloniality through the testimonies collected by the Colombian Truth Commission; within the framework of the Peace Agreement signed between the country's government and the FARC guerrilla, in the text, My Body is the Truth Part 1. The analysis was obtained from the testimonies of racialized women in Colombia, who self-identified as black, Afro-Colombian, indigenous, and peasant; together with the theoretical approaches of feminist authors such as Simone De Beauvoir, Ochy Curiel, María Lugones, and Rita Segato. Furthermore, this research proposes the discursive and legal use of the term femigenocide, due to the high rate of impersonality and lethality in the violence against women victims of the Colombian conflict, by the criminal organizations/corporations that operated there.

Resumen:

Este trabajo investigativo analiza la interseccionalidad de los conceptos género, raza y colonialidad a través de los testimonios recopilados por la Comisión de la Verdad de Colombia, en el marco del Acuerdo de Paz firmado entre el gobierno del país y la guerrilla de las FARC, en el texto Mi cuerpo es la verdad, Parte 1. El análisis se obtuvo desde los testimonios de las mujeres racializadas de Colombia, que se autoidentificaron como negras, afrocolombianas, indígenas y campesinas; junto a las aproximaciones teóricas de autoras feministas como Simone De Beauvoir, Ochy Curiel, María Lugones, y Rita Segato. Además, esta investigación propone la utilización discursiva y jurídica del término femigenocidio, debido al alto índice de impersonalidad y letalidad en las violencias en contra de las mujeres víctimas del conflicto colombiano, por parte de las organizaciones/corporaciones crimínales que allí operaron.
